- Public website readiness and Finance Manager navigation are easier to use on both desktop and mobile, with direct routes to the settings that need attention.
- Existing course and subject images now remain visible when an optimized image variant is missing or out of date.
- Lesson and homework material actions are more accessible to keyboard and screen-reader users and open external files more safely.
Booking, Trials, And Teacher Availability
- Academy staff can create fully integrated free-trial bookings without using course credits. The flow checks learner eligibility, teacher consent, subject fit, calendar clashes, meeting creation, and reminders.
- Teacher discovery now distinguishes between offering a subject and actually having future booking times available, helping learners avoid dead ends.
- The learner booking journey now starts from the learner's ordered course queue, prioritizes bookmarked and previously booked teachers, simplifies time selection, and rechecks the booking before confirmation.
- Expired availability is removed from calendars and profiles, while completed and past-cancelled lessons can no longer reopen already-used time.
- Percentage-based teacher pay is now supported for trial lessons, with an academy default, optional subject exceptions, payout previews, updated-term acceptance, and a permanent booking-time pay record.
- Academy booking views now show the correct administrator actions and open selected booking details reliably.
