Is AcademyBase only a learning management system?+
No. AcademyBase includes courses and lesson material, but it also covers the business around teaching: the public website, people, scheduling, bookings, payments, communications, teacher pay and operational records.
Can AcademyBase work for a new and an existing academy?+
Yes. New academy owners can plan their setup with AcademyBase, while an existing academy can request a separately scoped migration plan for agreed learners, teachers, bookings and other information.
Does an academy use its own brand?+
Yes. Each academy can use its own name, logo, colours and public website while AcademyBase provides and supports the connected platform behind it.
How does AcademyBase pricing work?+
The current public model has a one-time $300.00 setup fee, then platform usage of $0.80 per completed 30-minute lesson or $1.20 per completed 60-minute lesson. Migration or custom work is quoted separately.
Which AcademyBase AI features are available?+
An AI lesson and course builder, together with integrated AI management tools, is in development. AcademyBase labels these capabilities as in development rather than presenting them as finished features.
