Introduce suitable academy owners
Share AcademyBase accurately with people who want to launch or improve an online academy. A valid referral remains linked to you for 90 days.
Receive your commission
When a referred academy pays an eligible setup fee, your 20% commission enters a 60-day protection period before PayPal payout. Eligible ongoing payments can also earn 10% of eligible collected ongoing spend for the published 24-month earning period.
Using automation responsibly
Helpful tools are welcome. Spam and misleading claims are not.
You may use automation for research, useful content, comparison tools and carefully targeted outreach. Everything you publish must describe AcademyBase accurately and follow the rules of the channel. Bulk unsolicited messages, forced redirects or misleading claims will cause the account to be paused.
Referral tracking still respects privacy
After approval, essential referral tracking works separately from optional website analytics. A visitor can choose “Essential only” and your valid referral will still be recorded.

Keep earning after setup
You can earn 10% of eligible collected ongoing academy spend after launch. Commission is only calculated on revenue AcademyBase actually receives.

Program rules in plain language
Be accurate, respect your audience and do not spam.
There is no joining fee and earnings are not guaranteed. These rules protect potential customers, approved affiliates and AcademyBase.
- Your referral link becomes eligible for tracking after AcademyBase approves your affiliate account. It may then be shared manually or through automated systems, provided every claim is accurate and relevant to its audience.
- Unsolicited bulk messages, shotgun spam, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, impersonation, false claims, self-referrals and unlawful or platform-prohibited promotion are not allowed.
- Where a platform or law requires it, clearly disclose that you may receive a commission.
- The first valid referral captured within the 90-day attribution window receives credit when that visitor creates an academy application.
- The signup reward is 20% of the one-time setup fee AcademyBase actually receives, excluding refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back amounts.
- A signup reward becomes eligible 60 calendar days after the referred setup-fee payment has cleared. Later reversals may be deducted from future rewards.
- Eligible continued billing earns 10% of collected eligible spend after discounts; tax, setup fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits, unpaid amounts, custom work, pass-through costs and unlisted products are excluded.
- The base earning window is 24 months from the first settled eligible payment. Earned extensions never shorten an existing window and an expired window does not reopen.
- Recurring rewards become eligible 30 calendar days after the related customer payment has settled.
- Rewards are paid through PayPal only. The affiliate is responsible for providing an accurate PayPal email address and for any PayPal fees or account restrictions.
- AcademyBase may review, pause or close an affiliate account when promotion is misleading, abusive, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms. No earnings are guaranteed.
